What information we collect

We collect the information you give us when you ask for a quote, book work or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email. This usually includes your name, telephone number, email address, the address of the property, and details of the work or fault you need help with, including any photos you send us.

When you carry out work with us we also keep records needed to do that work, such as gas safety certificates (for example CP12, CP17 and CP42), job sheets, invoices and payment records.

How and why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide quotes (legitimate interests, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract).
• To carry out and invoice the work you have booked (performing our contract with you).
• To keep gas safety and other records we are legally required to keep (legal obligation).
• To keep our website secure and working properly (legitimate interests).

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

We only share information where needed to run our business: with our website hosting provider (Hostinger), with communication services you choose to use to contact us (such as WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta, and email providers), with accountants and payment providers, and with regulators or other bodies where the law requires it. Links on this site to WhatsApp and to our Google reviews take you to third-party services that have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Records of work carried out, including gas safety records and invoices, are kept for as long as the law and our insurers require, and then deleted or securely destroyed.
